Fate: The Winx Saga | Teaser and Date Reveal

Fate: The Winx Saga is an upcoming young adult drama series based on the Nickelodeon animated series Winx Club which is created by Iginio Straffi. It is produced by Rainbow S.p.A., a studio which is co-owned by Straffi and ViacomCBS. The showrunner of this project are Brian Young, Judy Counihan, and Kris Thykier and Iginio Straffi serve as an executive producer. There is a company of Thykier named Archery Pictures has also a major part. It has informed that the series will release on Netflix on 22nd January 2021. According to Straffi’s words, the main aim of this series is how adults can enjoy cartoons or animated series. It focussed on the adult fans of the cartoons. In an interview held in 2019, Strafii called it “edgier and darker than what they can imagine”. Lisa James Larsson and Hannah Quinn are the cp-directors of the series Fate. This series follows the wonders and adventures of the children. The first trailer of this series has already been released on Netflix on 9 December. Jennifer Breslow of Netflix said, “We are extremely proud to bring this iconic set of strong female characters to life.” She also added that “it is a wildly entertaining and addictive genre series”.
