The versatile and Oscar-winning actor, Leonardo DiCaprio spotted on Table Mercato which is an Italian market in Boston’s historic North End with his girlfriend, Camila Morrone, on Thursday. Along with another woman, DiCaprio and Morrone hopped out of a large black SUV and headed into the market, where they purchased a boatload of ingredients for an Italian feast. They picked up plates of pasta, sauces, crackers, home-made potato chips, fig jam, and many more refrigerated items. They had a look at the store and purchased so many kinds of stuff. In the same shop, there was a lovely couple who were dating each other named Kaitlin O’Driscoll and her boyfriend when DiCaprio and Camila came in. They were shocked and stated, “We couldn’t believe how much they were buying. We couldn’t even check out with all their stuff on the counter.” O’Dricsoll further added, “I was like, everything in there is so good, there’s not one thing that’s bad,” who marked that Morrone was a beautiful and charming lady.
DiCaprio wore a hooded sweatshirt and jacket with a black hat and black mask for precaution and was ready to leave the shop and lastly, he recalled Morrone to collect some more sweets. O’Driscoll said, “He basically said to his girlfriend, ‘Here’s my credit card, go crazy and make sure you get some cannoli,’ and he went back out and got in the back of the car.” O’Driscoll was mesmerized by seeing DiCaprio’s blue eyes and she mentioned, “He had the bluest eyes I’ve ever seen in my life.”
An employee named Marta Trvcinska, who was handling the work of registration, couldn’t recognize all of a sudden and took a while to realize DiCaprio’s identity. Marta told people, “I just remember seeing those eyes from TITANIC; they ended up loading up so many things, I could barely grab them.” Marta even marked also the duo was staying very close to each other.
Jen Royle who was the owner of Table Mercato and the adjoining restaurant Table was cooking downstairs when the actor came in. She was not happy because she couldn’t provide cannoli for DiCaprio as it was no more available. “It was New Year’s Eve and we got slammed with takeout,” she tells people with feeling sorry. “At some point, we just have to tell people I’m sorry we’re out.” The shop section was opened only for 5 weeks and she really didn’t even think that one of Hollywood’s legendary actors would walk into the shop. Royle said that she treats every customer that came into her shop like they were celebrities.
DiCaprio has been found around Boston several times for his upcoming Adam McKay’s movie named Don’t Look Up. This film also promoting several stars such as Meryl Streep, Ariana Grande, Timothée Chalamet, Jonah Hill, Matthew Perry, Himesh Patel, Cate Blanchett, Kid Cudi, Rob Morgan, and Tomer Sisley.
