Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 Is Set To Release In 2023.

At Disney’s Investor Day event, it has revealed publicly that James Gunns’ Guardians of the Galaxy 3 films is going to release in 2023. On the eve of Disney’s Investor Day 2020 conference, Disney announced a list a long-awaited films or project updates from Marvel Studios, ranging from an animated series ‘What If…?’ to part of Marvel’s Cinematic Universe’s Phase Four. James Gunn is also going to write and direct Guardians of the Galaxy holiday special for Disney+ which will be shot during the filming of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 and will arrive on the streamer in 2022.

Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 Has Barely Changed From James Gunns’ Original Idea

Gunn is all ready to start filming the third film in the franchise after he finishes his all works on DC’s The Suicide Squad. Previously, Gunn said that he does not have made any plan to be involved with a fourth film and sees the upcoming movie as the last one within the GOTG’ storyline. Dave Bautista’s Drax the Destroyer, Pom Klementieff’s Mantis, Chris Pratt’s Starlord, Vin Diesel’s Groot, Bradley Cooper/Sean Gunn’s Rocket Raccoon, and Karen Gillan’s Nebula have confirmed their return. Gunn is not sharing and revealing much about the film but he revealed that Rocket Raccoon will be the center of attraction in the upcoming movie.
