The Heritage Catch Challenge Pokémon Go season is here. In total, Trainers need to catch 600 Pokémon to earn each reward for this event.
The Season of Heritage catching challenge has arrived pokemon go, and as the title implies, Trainers will be tested to see how many Pokémon they can catch in a short amount of time. The whole purpose of the Season of Heritage is to celebrate the release of: Pokemon Legends: Arceus† In Sinnoh’s distant past, new Pokémon variants with a classic story have come together to create one of the best entries in the series. In addition, it is common to pokemon go to have tie-in events with other pokemon games, anime episodes or movies.
A new Timed Research is available for trainers who pre-purchased the pokemon go Johto Tour for Thursday 10 February. The Johto Tour is a premium event in February that focuses on every Pokémon from the Johto region. Each Pokémon from this region will have its Shiny form added to the game and a new Masterworks Research will be available. Last year, trainers who completed the Kanto Tour were able to unlock a Shiny Mew. The final reward of the Johto Tour Masterworks is an encounter with a Shiny Celebi.
The Season of Heritage Catch Challenge is available in the ‘Today’ tab if the player scrolls down a bit. For this research task, there are 16 individual steps that trainers must go through. Completing each step rewards players with smaller items, but the real prize is the Noibat hat. This is an item that players can use to customize their trainer characters. These usually cost Poké Coins to purchase, but it is available for free for completing this challenge.

- Step 14/16: Catch 500 Pokémon: Reward: 5000 XP.
- Step 15/16: Catch 600 Pokémon: Reward: 1 Remote Raid Pass.
- Step 16/16: Claim everything: Reward: Noibat Hat Avatar item.
Trainers will need to catch a total of 600 Pokémon by the end of the month. Several of these encounters have the chance to spawn a Shiny Pokémon. While the basic odds of finding Shiny Pokémon in pokemon go is 1/500, which appear more often in Field Research tasks. Therefore, it is important to complete this before the start of the Johto Tour event. After that, the field research and its rewards will expire.
