The suspects, identified as Orlando Orly Hernandez and Carlos Carling Ramos Pangilinan, were arrested in Nueva Ecija after over a year in hiding. Hernandez served as the gunman, while Pangilinan served as the lookout in the shooting of Peek outside RFM gymnasium in Mandaluyong City last November 7, 2011.
