What happened to Joe Blevins?
On July 30, Blevins disappeared in the raging waters, caused by an historic flash flood that dumped an estimated six inches of rain in two hours which the National Weather Service estimates should occur once every 1,000 years. Blevins’ body was found about two miles from where Owens last saw him, she says.
