Merchandise can be returned in any Burton Flagship Store or Burton Outlet Store with a receipt. Merchandise must be in brand new condition with all tags on. Returns will be returned at the same price as originally purchased and tender given back the same way as originally purchased.

Give us a call or contact us by email. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already left the warehouse – in this case please refuse delivery. Once your delivery is back at our warehouse, we are able to process the refund onto your original method of payment.

Can you return Evo?
Every item we sell is covered by our 366 day return policy. If your new, unused* item doesn’t work out, you have 366 days to return or exchange it.
