I have always been told that DvF shoes run narrow but these shoes feel true to size. I ordered size 7 (in pumps I am between 6.5/7) and find that while I can probably size down to 6.5, the size 7 is a decent fit. The elastic at the heel keep the shoes tightly on the feet but not so tightly that they chafe the heel.
