The Wizard of Paws is an American reality show on BYU TV that follows Sterling, Virginia-based animal orthotist Derrick Campana as he creates prosthetic limbs for pets and sanctuary animals. The series premiered in April 2020 with a 10-episode first season, and a second season began airing in 2021.
All sessions are monitored and the cost starts at $50 a session.

Derrick graduated from Penn State with a degree in Kinesiology and Biomechanics, and received a master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Northwestern University.

Chica was not named after an animatronic from Five Nights at Freddy’s. In Let’s Talk about Five Nights at Freddy’s, Mark’s dog, currently known as Chica, was known as Sephora in the shelter from which he adopted her.
